포동다이어리 계정 삭제 안내
이 페이지는 굿데이터랩 주식회사가 제공하는 앱 포동다이어리의 계정과 데이터를 삭제하는 방법을 안내합니다.
앱에서 삭제하기
- 포동다이어리 앱을 엽니다.
- 아래쪽 설정 탭으로 갑니다.
- 오른쪽 위 프로필 아이콘을 누릅니다.
- 맨 아래 회원탈퇴를 누릅니다.
- 안내를 확인하고 탈퇴를 확정합니다.
앱을 지웠거나 로그인할 수 없을 때
아래 주소로 요청해 주세요. 본인 확인 후 처리해 드립니다.
가입에 쓰신 방법(카카오·Apple·Google)과 앱에서 쓰던 이름을 함께 적어 주시면 빠릅니다.

언제 지워지나요
탈퇴 요청이 확인되면 지체 없이 삭제합니다. 이메일로 요청하신 경우 본인 확인을 거쳐 영업일 기준 3일 이내에 처리하고 결과를 회신합니다. 삭제된 사진과 영상은 복구할 수 없습니다.
구독을 이용 중이라면
구독은 계정 삭제와 별개로 App Store 또는 Google Play 계정에서 해지해야 다음 결제가 청구되지 않습니다. 탈퇴만으로는 스토어 구독이 자동 해지되지 않습니다.

This page explains how to delete your account and data for Podong Diary, an app provided by GoodDataLab Inc.
Delete from within the app
- Open Podong Diary.
- Go to the Settings tab.
- Tap the profile icon at the top right.
- Tap Delete account at the bottom.
- Read the notice and confirm.
If you have removed the app or cannot sign in
Write to us and we will handle it after verifying your identity.
Telling us which sign-in you used (Kakao, Apple, Google) and the name shown in the app helps us find you.
What is deleted
Deleted: your account details (name, nickname, profile photo), sign-in identifier, the photos and videos you uploaded, your comments and reactions, and your push notification token.
Kept: photos and videos uploaded by other family members, because that content is theirs; and payment records that law requires us to retain, which are destroyed after the statutory period.
How long it takes
Once confirmed, deletion happens without delay. Requests sent by email are processed within 3 business days after identity verification, and we reply with the result. Deleted photos and videos cannot be recovered.
If you have a subscription
Subscriptions are managed by the store. Cancel in your App Store or Google Play account to stop future charges — deleting your account does not cancel a store subscription by itself.
