포동다이어리 개인정보처리방침
굿데이터랩 주식회사(이하 “회사”)는 회사가 만들고 제공하는 모바일 애플리케이션 포동다이어리(Podong Diary, 이하 “앱”)를 이용하는 분들의 개인정보를 소중히 다룹니다. 이 방침은 앱이 어떤 정보를 어떤 목적으로 받아 얼마나 보관하고 어떻게 지우는지를 설명합니다.
1. 수집하는 정보

앱은 주소록·통화기록·정확한 위치·건강정보를 수집하지 않습니다. 사진 접근 권한은 이용자가 고른 사진을 올리기 위해서만 쓰이며, 앨범 전체를 읽어 서버로 보내지 않습니다.
2. 이용 목적
- 가족끼리 아이의 사진·영상을 함께 보관하고 나누는 서비스 제공
- 가족 초대와 구성원 확인
- 새 사진·댓글 등 알림 발송(이용자가 켠 경우)
- 유료 구독의 결제 확인과 혜택 적용
- 오류 원인 파악과 문의 응대
3. 제3자 제공 및 처리 위탁
회사는 이용자의 개인정보를 판매하지 않으며, 법령에 따른 경우를 제외하고 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 다만 서비스 운영을 위해 아래에 처리를 맡깁니다.

4. 보관 기간
- 계정 정보와 업로드한 사진·영상: 회원 탈퇴 시까지
- 탈퇴 후: 지체 없이 파기합니다. 다만 관련 법령이 보관을 요구하는 기록(전자상거래법상 결제·계약 기록 등)은 법정 기간 동안 보관한 뒤 파기합니다.
- 문의 내용: 처리 완료 후 3년
5. 계정과 데이터 삭제
앱에서 바로 삭제할 수 있습니다.
포동다이어리 앱 → 설정 → 오른쪽 위 프로필 → 회원탈퇴
앱을 지운 상태라면 아래 주소로 요청해 주세요.

탈퇴하면 계정 정보, 프로필, 이용자가 올린 사진·영상, 댓글과 반응이 삭제됩니다. 가족 구성원이 함께 보던 자료 중 다른 구성원이 올린 것은 그 사람의 자료이므로 남습니다.
6. 이용자의 권리
이용자는 언제든지 자신의 개인정보를 열람·정정·삭제하거나 처리 정지를 요구할 수 있습니다. 앱 안에서 직접 수정하거나, 위 이메일로 요청하시면 확인 후 처리합니다.
7. 아동의 개인정보
앱은 보호자가 자녀의 사진을 기록하기 위한 서비스입니다. 계정은 성인 보호자가 만들며, 아이에 관한 정보는 보호자가 스스로 입력합니다. 회사는 만 14세 미만 아동으로부터 직접 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다.
8. 안전조치
전송 구간은 암호화(HTTPS)하며, 사진과 데이터는 접근 규칙으로 가족 구성원에게만 열려 있습니다. 관리자 기능은 별도 권한을 가진 계정만 사용할 수 있습니다.

Podong Diary — Privacy Policy
GoodDataLab Inc. (“we”) develops and operates the mobile application Podong Diary (“the app”). This policy explains what the app collects, why, how long we keep it, and how it is deleted.
1. What we collect
- Account — name or nickname, social sign-in identifier (Kakao, Apple, Google), optional profile photo.
- Family and child — child's name and birth date, relationship between family members, entered by the user.
- Photos and videos — items the user picks from their album, with capture date.
- Device — push notification token, app version, operating system.
- Enquiries — messages and attachments the user sends us.
The app does not collect contacts, call logs, precise location, or health data. Photo permission is used only to upload the items the user selects; we do not read and transmit the whole album.
2. Why we use it
- To let a family keep and share a child's photos and videos in one album
- To invite family members and verify membership
- To send notifications the user has turned on
- To verify subscription purchases and apply benefits
- To diagnose errors and answer enquiries
3. Sharing and processors
We do not sell personal data and do not share it with third parties except as required by law. We rely on the following processors: Google (Firebase) for authentication, database, file storage, push and crash reporting; Apple / Google for in-app subscription billing; Kakao for social sign-in.
4. Retention
Account data and uploaded media are kept until the account is deleted, then destroyed without delay, except records that law requires us to retain (for example payment records), which are destroyed after the statutory period. Enquiry records are kept for three years.
5. Deleting your account and data
In the app: Podong Diary → Settings → profile icon (top right) → Delete account
If you have already removed the app, write to gooddatalab.inc@gmail.com.
Full instructions: Account deletion
Deleting your account removes your account details, profile, the photos and videos you uploaded, and your comments and reactions. Content uploaded by other family members belongs to them and remains.
6. Your rights
You may access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data at any time — directly in the app, or by writing to the address above.
7. Children
The app is a service for parents and guardians recording their own child's moments. Accounts are created by adults, and information about a child is entered by that adult. We do not knowingly collect personal data directly from children.
8. Security
Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS), and access rules restrict photos and records to members of that family. Administrative functions require a separately granted role.
